 Harvest More Sunshine

Make room for up to 4,500W of solar input through a single MPPT input. A 27A input-current limit and 90–260V tracking range support a properly sized array, with a 300V maximum open-circuit voltage.

Wirentech 3.6kW inverter with rooftop solar panels and single-input PV ratings of 4,500W, 27A, and 300V maximum Voc.

 Built-In Safeguards

Support everyday operation with voltage, overload, short-circuit, and temperature protection. PV reverse-polarity protection provides an additional safeguard at the solar input.

FAQs

Why does a 3.6kW inverter accept 4.5kW of solar panels?

PV input capacity and AC output power are different ratings. This model accepts up to 4,500W of PV input, while its rated inverter output remains 3,600W. A larger array can help make use of available sunlight, but it does not turn the inverter into a 4.5kW AC power source. Actual solar use also depends on the load, battery charging demand, and operating conditions. The array must stay within the 300V maximum open-circuit voltage and 27A input-current limit.

Does this model have two independent MPPT inputs?

No. This 3.6kW model has one MPPT/PV input. Its limits are 4,500W, 27A, and 300V maximum open-circuit voltage, with a 90–260V MPPT range. It does not track two roof orientations independently. If your panels face different directions or have different shading conditions, have the array layout checked for this single-input design before ordering.

Can a large battery bank fully recharge during a short off-peak window?

Not necessarily—battery capacity and charging speed need to be sized together. This model supports scheduled charging, with up to 60A of AC charging; the battery’s own limits may require a lower setting. For scale, 60A at an illustrative 54V battery charging voltage is about 3.24kW, or 9.72kWh over three hours if that rate were maintained. That is a constant-rate estimate, not a promised recharge result: charge tapering, battery limits, and operating conditions can reduce it.

After a low-battery shutdown, will charging immediately restore AC output?

The battery must first recover to the configured recovery level. The manual specifies a separate battery-voltage recovery point after over-discharge protection; simply starting to charge does not mean the inverter output can restart immediately. Have the battery type, cutoff and recovery settings matched to your battery manufacturer’s requirements, and check the displayed fault code if output does not return.

Can I monitor the inverter without buying a Wi-Fi module?

Yes. The built-in LCD provides local operating information. The manual also describes a USB connection for optional PC monitoring software, which requires the matching USB driver. Phone-app monitoring requires a compatible Wi-Fi module; confirm whether your package includes it. The manual states that PC monitoring and the Wi-Fi module cannot be used at the same time.
